A gift or poem for a mom from newborn?

My best friend's birthday is coming up, and since she doesn't have anyone else in her life besides me and her 2 month old daughter, I'd like to do something special for her. I already have the gift I'd like to give her, but I wanted to do something from the baby for her. Does anyone know of any good ideas for a gift from the baby? I was thinking maybe like a poem with her footprints in a frame or something like that? But I cannot find a poem to a "MOMMY" or MOM from a baby! Any ideas? I'm open for all suggestions. Thank you.
