Poll: Will Democrats stand up for real climate legislation, or will they cave in?

Cap & trade is nothing more than a tax for the redistribution of wealth. Even if CO2 had some effect on the climate (which it doesn't) this legislation would do nothing to affect it. It needs to be defeated.
