To study bba in India?

i am so disappointed from afghan students becuase some of afghan students study in islamabad the university of international Islamic university,Islamabad, and i heard that this university couldn't allowed afghan students to get hostel and afghan students get some room and combine that room with each other afghans but this university allowed hostel for chines , malaysian and etc. and i want to know from Indian brothers that name of good place in India to study BBA some cheaper place but some good college may be in Mumbai,Delhi,Banglor and etc, thanks in advance
