Im trying to lose body fat and gain muscle m.for breakfest i ate 2 cups of raisen bran with 1%milk, for lunch i had PB&J sandwich on white bread with a protein drink (1% milk & protein mix). for dinner im having a chicken with rice. My workout today was 50 reverse crunches, 50 crunches, 80lb curl bar 10 lifts 5 times. 20 pushups, and i have a hockey game at 8:30pm for my cardio. I weigh 196 lbs, 6 feet tall. thanks.
