What could be wrong with me?

My heart starts beating super fast my hands start to sweat then everything appears to be moving in Sloww motion. Am I going crazy or what ?it feels like an outerbody experience and its terrifying but I'm scared to tell anyone I don't want to be put in the crazy house or anything plz hlp!
