Packers FA Signings...When are they coming?

This year is an uncapped year for the NFL. Every year our "awesome" GM Thompson never signs any big name FAs or any FAs in that matter. So for this year, why doesn't he go out and make some noteable moves, like signing any OL or DBs. Possibly trading Clifton...that sounds like a good idea. Or give up washed up players(Clifton) for draft picks. So why doesn't Thompson ever sign anyone???? He's one of the worst GMs ever. Who do you think we should sign if anyone or trade?
