Why are people acting like Al Gore is THE only person on the planet talking about climate change?

They all talk about Al Gore because he is the most vocal about the man made global warming hoax, and the reason he is the most vocal is because he profits the most from it. He`s become a multi-million from this hoax, and it IS a hoax. If there is global warming, human beings have absolutely nothing to do with it for the simple fact it`s impossible for humans to affect something the size of the earths atmosphere. It`s like putting a drop of ink into the Pacific ocean and then claiming all the oceans of the world are now polluted, it`s ridicuous. The m of the earths atmosphere is 5 QUADRILLION metric tons! To put that into perspective, that`s 5000 TRILLION or 5,000,000,000,000,000 tons of GAS. Not tons of iron, not tons of lead but GAS! Vapor! Of that amount only 0.04% is CO2 which you can literally call ZERO POINT ZERO. Do you know what the effect of ZERO is on something? ZERO! NADA! If man made emissions of CO2 were affecting the warming of the earth, then why has that 0.04% been the same for the past few 200 years? Wouldn`t it be like 0.048% now or maybe 0.05%?? It`s because HUMANS HAVE NO EFFECT ON IT! We can`t, the atmosphere is just too huge.
