If I do 20 minute dvd of cardio kickboxing and after 10 minute jog on the tredmill could I make a bikini?
I'm 175 at 5'6" now could Imake it to 130-135 pounds by may june time with this 20 minute cardio kickboxing with 10 minute jog on treadmill after in the morning with a heathy eating regimen.. make this possible?
