I need to find out whether doctors in the United States are accurately essing the risks of Velcade.?

My mother died last Monday after a nine year battle with Multiple Myeloma. She declined rapidly after being treated with Velcade as did a friend of hers in her support group. We found several foreign studies that are looking into high rates of lung and nerve damage. However, U.S. doctors mention glowing results. How can we best communicate our concerns to United States doctors? My Dad and I want to do this one last thing for my Mom. She chose the best possible treatment. However, we think it is likely that Velcade precipitated her decline.
