Good Tour packages?

Does anyone know of good tour packages to Thailand. My friend and I want to go next year for our 30th b-days. I found a couple on gate1 travel for 14 and 15 days but I was reading reviews of the tour co. and they are not stellar. I would be highly upset if I paid $3000+ for this trip and everything didn't live up to it's billing. At the same time, they have everything I'm looking for bangkok, chiang mai, and phuket w/ optional excursions and time to explore on our own. I really want to zip line in chiang mai, scuba in phuket and go on an elephant ride. Any suggestions?
