My dad won't talk to me help?

Im 18 & my dad gave me 200 for a fake report card. I needed clothes & he found out I lied. He's a lawyer & I told him many times before that I needed school supplies & clothes. He always ignored my needs. My dad is mad & won't speak to me. Also he buys my stepmom everything & he didn't buy me anything for my birthday! Help why is he mad at me?! & if anything I should be upset because I don't have any clothes & my dad has never gave me money in the past. I can't even find a job right now help!! I lied put of desperation!! He's rich & he owed me for not being a dad!
