These Coward's?

I have lived in Bulgaria now for 3 years where there are some really big guys and yet I have not seen a single punch up. Crime here is very low compared to the UK and yet bars are open all hours of the day and night. I did read of one case of a barman crippled in a fight and guess what, a British football "supporter" was arrested , charged and found guilty. The one big difference between here and the UK. Here the cops do a proper job and you don't muck about with them. and if you are court stiff sentences are handed out.
