During my...several...decades of life I have always found it interesting how sometimes our current State of the Union can affect what types of toys are sold. For instance in the 70s there was an eruption of Barbies that were career themed. During the overseas squabbles of the 80s and early 90s G.I. Joe was owned by nearly every kid I knew. Is my memory faulty or am I recalling rite? If I am correct what is your theory on why this is?
