What's the difference?

Society has changed, people don't want a "Rocky" like character shoved down their throats these days, people ate up Hogan in the 80's with the "take your vitamins, say your prayers" stuff, but people don't want that anymore. Albeit, it still draws, the kids and the women pay to cheer him and the men pay to boo him, so it's working! But, the big thing is that people these days as a majority tend to want real life characters which Hogan and Cena are not. A big reason to is the internet, alot of people are on there now and they read the observer or the news or the reports and they start looking for different things which they wouldn't have done 25 years ago
