Windows no disk error message when i use itunes?

itunes frezzes up,ex: wont go from song to song or shows this message anytime you try to do something,w/itunes .Windows no disk,exception error process message and then some numbers likec0000013paramenter.75 and when you try to cancell message it keeps reappearing ,What do i need to do to stop it from appearing???
