Dear Christians : How will you use the chance here to confess your mistakes ,transgressions and sins?

When confessing your sins to God you must list every single ugly deed - not just a washed out - forgive me of my sins - what sins. Yes, He knows all your and my sins but the point of confession is to fess up to our sinful behavior and not gloss over them in prayer. So, let's see, my latest example would be God please forgive me for my impatience and quick words with my family this morning - please transform me to be more Christlike as written in Romans 8:29, in the name of Jesus I pray.
